HourWork made it really easy and seamless to transfer over our applicant tracking system. Then, they contacted all of our people to let them know about open positions and the applicant responses came directly to us. It made a huge impact during a really tough staffing time and actually, their work directly resulted in our highest application flow month in the history of Bluemont.
