Andrew leads Product at HourWork, focusing specifically on creating products that impact hourly workers. His career has spanned many industries including retail, HR, marketing, and business operations, allowing him to add unique color and insights to his role.
Prior to HourWork, Andrew served as Head of Product & QA for a Los Angeles-based startup and previously led large, complex product developments and initiatives for one of the top HR Tech companies in the United States.
When not at work, Andrew enjoys spending time with friends and family, often sharing a meal or experience like going to the movies, hosting a game night or taking a spontaneous road trips.
