Kristin is a hands-on Talent Acquisition leader with over 15 years of recruiting experience mainly in the technology space. She’s a builder who loves to strategically scale recruitment functions in fast-paced organizations. She is passionate about diverse and inclusive work environments and has experience leading DEIB initiatives globally. Kristin has a Bachelor’s degree in English from Bates College and a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Illinois Tech.
