Maranda has over 20 years of experience working in and building world-class operations. She has extensive experience building and scaling teams in early and mid-stage startups and has been part of four companies with successful exits.
Maranda was honored as a Top 25 Global Customer Success Influencer in 2022, and 2021, and has received various other awards for Customer Success, Leadership, and Women in Technology. In her spare time, Maranda donates her time to the startup community as a mentor and serves on the board of the University of San Francisco for their Customer Success MBA program.
Maranda started working in restaurants and factories on the manufacturing lines in her early years and is very excited to be part of the HourWork team. She brings with her two bonus team members, Mugsy and Ruby (her two Shih Tzus).
