Mint relocated to Boston from Bangkok, Thailand in 2014 for school. She went to Boston College to pursue a Master’s degree in Marketing. She founded a company called Rootastes, an office lunch delivery platform serving 400+ tech companies that offer lunch-as-a-benefit to their employees in Greater Boston. She was able to achieve 100% on-time delivery rate and sustained it for 4 years.
During 2020, when Covid hit, she pivoted and launched a new business line to deliver grocery and farm produce to employees who work from home. Mint was named as one of the up-and-coming and resilience entrepreneurs on Forbes NEXT1000 in 2021. Recently, she successfully sold the business and pursued a new career path as a Product Manager at HourWork.
