Camilo Maldonado

Camilo brings his positive energy and entrepreneurial spirit to HourWork. Prior to joining HourWork, Camilo started and built two profitable companies. Camilo began his career in the Consumer/Retail investment banking group at JPMorgan before transitioning to startup land, where he joined Bonobos (acquired by Walmart) as an early employee. His first hourly job was washing cars at a VW dealership when he was 15 years old. In addition to his responsibilities at HourWork, Camilo serves on the board of directors of a Latin American-based QSR franchise with 180+ locations. Outside of work, Camilo prioritizes spending time with his wife and children, whom he adores and cherishes. Camilo has a B.S.E. in finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
